Best barbecue I've had in Southeast Texas.

Best in Texas was raised eating this BBQ over 50 years

Taste is horrendous, ribs were tough and chicken had an off taste. Would not recommend.

been wanting to try it so I went on my lunch break. No one was in there. As soon as I walk in I’m prompted to order.. I’ve never been here so I wasn’t sure... she kept standing there waiting so I ordered a chopped beef sandwich , and a link quickly since I felt pressured and there wasn’t many options... food comes, and the link was soggy? Like it was boiled.... for 2 days.... the chopped beef was good. As I’m eating two “regulars” come in and order stuff that wasn’t even on the menu! I wish I knew they had green beans as a side lol! Add to the menu

Best BBQ in The Golden Triangle. Their Chicken falls off the bone, the ribs are to die for... Brisket is awesome.... And there sides dishes... Make my mouth water... The most wonderful group of people, always great service... And a family name Beaumont is proud of, if you haven't tried their food you are missing out.. Love Patillo's and their wonderful food...

Way overpriced! Charged me $30 for a two meat plate, chopped beef sandwich, and a link. Only thing worth trying is the link even though it is GREASY! DO NOT get the brisket! I'm positive it is boiled and the ribs were terribly fatty and the membrane was left on. Will not be going back!

Delightfully delicious, best barbecue every time. Some of my favorites are the beef and link plate, the pork beef and link plate and the chopped beef sandwich.

Have never eaten there but everyone I talked says it's not good when the owners made the decision to send black people to the back window, I don't understand why any black would eat there.

I eat at a lot of places!! Not to be mean but I almost threw up.. it’s not for everyone doesn’t even taste like BBQ so my wife and I went down the street and it was truly more pleasant.

It was the absolute worst "bbq" links I've ever had in my entire life!!! Way,Way too much grease in them and they weren't packed well/fully at all...And I don't know what they call BBQ sauce there BUT that was a horrible imitation of bbq sauce, I was with two other co-workers and they had different meals and didn't/couldn't even finish!!! Never Ever going back to eat there...Don't know what happened because just a few years ago they were pretty decent BUT not anymore!!!

Pattillo’s BBQ is an acquired taste. My first impression was not good because they don’t sugar their sauce. It’s savory & it’s different. It’s unique & it’s good! Real pit bbq, made the same way for 100 years. Good people running the place. They care about you & your satisfaction. They remember you. Serving the unique appetites of SeTx. This place really is Old School.

You want some damn good links? Look no further. My wife and I love this place.

In my opinion, go exclusively for the links. Authentic "Beaumont Barbeque", sometimes called "greaseballs". Just like when I was a kid.

I’m my opinion it didn’t taste like bbq to me , the sauce was way different. The portion’s were good but I won’t eat here again.

Classic East Texas BBQ...gotta get some of everything, but the hot links are where it's at. Loved the hogs head cheese as well. Really classic stiff, maybe not the place for you if you're looking to post on Instagram and look fancy, but if you want real down to earth BBQ you'll love it. Beautiful people!

I think the staff is nice, but my god the food is bad. Went today for lunch. My wife's chicken was room temperature so we sent it back. I had the sliced brisket and link plate. When I bit in the link, about 2 tablespoons of grease shot out the other end of it. It was just greasy and bland. Brisket appeared to have been boiled. The bbq sauce is more like a chili gravy you find on a enchilada. Not good food.

Family favorite for 3 generations I can't be in Beaumont and not get my link from Patillo

Not good at all. I was very excited to finally getnto try this place after allni had heard and read. I ordered the chopped brisket sandwich. Greasy and tasted terrible. BBQ sauce is not good either. I was very let down due to all hype. Will not be back. Too many other good places in this area.

This is a different kind of BBQ than most are used to. The sliced meats are made for sandwiches rather than just eating by themselves. But the star of the joint is their link. Rather than a traditional sausage, these so called garlic bombs are all beef and cooked in a casing most would deem too chewy to eat. Instead you squeeze it and let the garlicky flavor wash over you.You must give this historic site a visit and try their links.

I have been eating at patillas since they were first located on railroad boulevard and Frank Padilla was still alive it was the best barbecue and links I've ever eaten and I ate there until it was bulldozed for the new boulevard the other location ran by his son I'm Washington as the worst food I have ever eaten. I ordered a rib plate today the ribs were all dried out and unchewable the rice had no taste at all and the meat that you could eat did not have any flavor of being barbecued whatsoever I'll never eat there again

It's a little hole-in-the-wall barbecue place out on Washington Ave, and I believe, FIRMLY believe, that it's the best barbecue in the area. I haven't had it's match since Charlie's, on 4th street in Orange, closed 30 some-odd years ago. I got out of the habit of going to Patillo's once a week. I need to remedy that.

The ribs are great and the potato salad is too! The rice is one of the best I've had. The legendary BBQ sauce is off the hook. I recommend this BBQ spot to any and everybody who loves BBQ!!! ENJOY GUYS! <3

I have been eating Patillo's BBQ for 70 years. Really don't want to have any other.
